Who are we?
Located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Park, Les Jardins d’Olya olive grove offers a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil of character.
Common sense and commitment are key values of the farm : limited but respectful production with a positive impact on the environment.

Farm location
The olive trees are located in Vaucluse, one of the main areas for olive oil production,
in the charming hilltop village of Murs, 10km from Gordes. The commune offers a terroir and an altitude (500m) conducive to the good development of Aglandau olive trees, an endemic species resistant to the climatic conditions of the region.
Our DNA
We produce olive oil with a positive impact on the environment thanks to a unique and innovative planting model.
We invest in uncultivated, unirrigated and untended land to plant young olive trees. Each young olive tree planted sequesters a significant amount of CO2, which will increase over the years.
A positive carbon footprint is the positive balance between the CO2 sequestered thanks to the planting model and the emissions produced during all stages of production, distribution and transport.

Land care. choice of fallow plots, minimum rest before planting, soil analysis

Endemic species. choice of aglandau from local producers. Main variety of Vaucluse: the most resistant to cold thanks to its low water content

Zero Treatment. neither soils nor trees

Limited and reasonable irrigation according to the natural needs of the tree and the weather. Variety giving good results in traditional agriculture
