Our adventure begins in 2021, with the ambition of bringing back into cultivation the land of our village, Murs, which is often neglected by conventional agriculture because it is not irrigated, isolated or abandoned by orchards. An agricultural project took shape, with a threefold aim: to boost the local economy, beautify the village landscape and have a significant environmental impact.

 

We naturally chose to grow olive trees, out of a passion for local produce and for this sacred tree, as well as for its ability to combat global warming. The olive tree is in fact a carbon sink and is now considered to be one of the most effective crops for sequestering carbon in the soil, depending on how it is grown.    

 

That's why we've developed a unique and innovative planting model that combines respect for the land, a commitment to the environment and a quality product.
